From smarter journey previews to expanded AI-driven capabilities, learn about the latest updates to Customer Engagement Blueprint make it even easier to design, share, and activate your strategy.

Hey everyone. I'm Alyssa Danilo and I'm here today with Matt Camuso. If you've been using Pega's Customer engagement blueprint, you already know it's a game changer for designing customer engagement strategies. But here's the thing. The team behind blueprint has been very busy, and over the last few months, they've rolled out some incredible enhancements that will walk you through today. So Matt, tell us what's new. Is there a new capability you think we absolutely need to know about? Yeah. So personally, I think there's one that definitely takes the cake. It's that you can now upload supporting documents to guide the creation of your blueprint. So think about it in your marketing briefs, your brand guides, your persona research, even compliance guidelines or that infamous. How did we think of that campaign brainstorm? No more toggling between tabs or chasing down links in old emails. All of it can be used to inform how blueprint generates your customer engagement strategy. Exactly. And anything you upload can go into organization specific cloud file storage blueprint.

Users can easily reference stored documents, artifacts, and insights. No need to upload files each time. But what if you're a partner? Do we have any customization there? Glad you mentioned that. So October's release brings a very requested feature partner branding, so partners can now infuse their own brand identity right into blueprint, making every engagement feel uniquely theirs. So whether you're a huge global consultancy or a boutique agency, logos, colors, messaging can be woven into the blueprint experience. No more generic templates that scream, you know, one size fits all. And this isn't just about esthetics, it's about trust and recognition. So when clients see your brand front and center, it reinforces your expertise and strengthens your role as a strategic advisor. I love that, and we're customizing the experience for partners all around. Adding to that, the overall user experience got some serious love too. First, you can toggle a journey view in the next best action simulation window that shows you how journeys, stages, and actions flow through a single decision one persona at a time.

And second, the interface got a major upgrade to the experience stage is now consolidated into a single, streamlined view where you can see more experienced cards at once. No more jumping around. Everything's organized with key metrics right there. Total experiences, total messages, unique channels, navigation just got a whole lot smoother. And if you upload images to channel messages, they're now stored in the blueprint image repository, making asset management so much easier. Now this next feature, this one's going to make your CFO smile. We've added an ROI calculator right into blueprint. Tell us about that one. Of course, I think it will make CFO smile truly. So once you've created your blueprint, you can generate an ROI estimate from your summary screen. So you just select a couple variables your industry, customer base size, and boom, you've got a calculated ROI that shows what you created in blueprint and how that translates into real business value with customer decision hub. And even better, you can download it as an Excel file to share with stakeholders and dive deeper as you wish.

And one final feature, Alyssa, and this one is subtle, but I think super helpful. So we've added a new what's new notifications to your dashboard. So when you visit and you've, you know, we've added new features, you'll see a banner highlighting what's been changed since your last visit. So each banner links to documentation so you can dive deeper without disrupting your workflow. Love it. Matt.
