Pega Named a Major Player for Pega Warranty Solution in IDC MarketScape Report

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – March 11, 2020 – Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the software company empowering digital transformation at the world’s leading enterprises, today announced that leading industry analyst firm IDC has named Pega a Major Player for its Pega Warranty™ solution in its latest report, IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Manufacturing Warranty and Service Contract Management Applications 2019-2020 Vendor Assessment

For this report, IDC selected seven vendors that met the requirements of supporting end-to-end warranty and service contract management activities and processes, and had a demonstrable track record of innovation within their warranty and service contract management application, among others. According to the report, “Pegasystems has an established set of resources to deliver global scale deployments of the solution with limited IT resources needed within the customer to support end-to-end warranty management capabilities and technology infrastructure.”
