Tom is responsible for all global marketing and communications activities and functions, including brand, advertising, corporate communications, digital marketing, social media, events, field marketing, and demand generation.
Tom has more than 20 years’ experience leading global marketing, sales, digital, and product management organizations and is passionate about delivering hyper-personalized experiences that fuel customer engagement and accelerate company growth. Prior to joining Pega, Tom held marketing leadership positions within large global organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, IBM, and Nokia.
In 2020, Tom was recognized by Comparably as one of the 50 Most Influential Marketing Leaders Changing the Industry. Tom is an active inclusion and diversity ally and serves as the executive sponsor for several Employee Resource center Groups at Pega.
Tom is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where he earned his undergraduate degree in economics and accounting.
