Linda von Stein
Linda started at Swedbank in 2000, working as a customer adviser in their Retail Banking department for 13 years. After taking on new challenges as Business Systems Manager at Swedbank HQ, she was able to work closely with the credit origination systems. When Swedbank embarked on their Future Lending Process project, Linda was the perfect person to be part of that team and is still enjoying the transformational journey.
Joakim has worked at Swedbank for just over 8 years. His previous roles in their dedicated business loans contact centres as Group Lending Business Coach and Business Systems Manager have given him unique insights into Swedbank’s internal processes. Now as Agile Product Owner for Swedbank’s Lending Transformation he joins us to talk about the journey they have been on.
Steve is the Financial Services Industry lead for Europe. He was the COO for mortgages and also for all retail and commercial lending at ANZ bank in Australia. Steve has led transformation programs in lending covering strategy, organisation and technology change.
