And that doesn't feel like we really understand what's going on in your life. We have to make sure that we're there to support them through it.
We have access to a tremendous amount of data from payer, information that we receive from claims information, enrollment information, as well as provider information or healthcare information that we receive about our members. We have a tremendous opportunity to pull all of that together and really start to personalize the way that we interact with our members. Hub is built on Pega CDH. It brings together the right message right time, right channel, in order to communicate with our members and To understand all of the activities that are happening within our ecosystem. The thing that stood out the most about Pega was its ability to prioritize journeys. There was no one in the market that could provide us the capability to prioritize journeys against one another and assign business value to those journeys, and make sure that we were surfacing the right journey to our member at the right time.
Pega really allows us to understand what's happening across the data ecosystem, the events that are happening in your life, and make a much better empathetic choice in the ways that we're going to interact with you tomorrow. Instead of hitting you with that marketing message, we might email you to say, hey, we understand that this life changing event has happened and a care manager is going to reach out to you to make sure that we can help you navigate the situation that you're in, in a very empathetic way. That's the power of the tool, right? Because we're going to meet you in that life changing moment, and we're going to remove all the other noise.
