The Business Issue
Primerica is a 40-year-old financial services company offering a range of products and services, including term life insurance and investments. The organization has a maniacal focus on helping families achieve financial independence through maintaining long-term personal relationships.
As the company has grown over the years, it has added multiple IT applications all developed at different stages. This has led to difficulties in accessing data, the need for IT skills in disparate technologies, and difficulties in partnering with the business. The result was a disjointed experience and an impediment to deliver rapidly.
