Pega clients can now add Tropo's cloud-based capabilities including advanced voice recognition, SMS messaging, and click-to-call functionality to Pega Customer Service, while Tropo clients can benefit from Pega's ability to anticipate and quickly address customer needs in a streamlined, personalized, and contextual application. Serendebyte, a registered Pegasystems business partner, built the integration and will be leading the demonstrations.

This marks a powerful technology integration between the two companies, which share many mutual world class clients. This new capability enables Pega and Cisco customers to easily implement state-of-the-art communication solutions while quickly and effectively addressing complex customer service interactions.
