As a Digital Transformation Partner, Donna Tellam helps our clients find innovative ways to leverage Pega products for business transformation with a primary focus on standing up citizen development programs. She has over 25 years’ experience in enterprise software with expertise in product management, user experience, and business process optimization.
During his 30 -year career, Eddie provided technical subject matter expertise, conducted formal training classes, supported technical sales teams, and managed project teams, with some forays into IT management. During his recent tenure at IBM, Eddie discovered that his true passion lies within the pre-sales, solution consultant role.
Eddie joined Pega in June of 2018 and has been instrumental in growing Pega’s relationship with Citibank and establishing Pega as their standard for workflow and case management. In March of 2020, Eddie joined the Intelligent Automation team, and shortly after becoming the Leader for the Low Code Team working with many different teams to help grow the business.
Eddie was born in Bogota, Colombia, immigrated to Canada and then to the United States, acquiring dual citizenship along the way. Eddie now lives in Sarasota, FL with his childhood sweetheart Donna and their dog Spike. Both Eddie and Donna are avid golfers, enjoy the beach and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Ken Parmelee leads strategy for Pega’s Intelligent Automation Platform. Prior to Pega, Mr. Parmelee led IBM Automation and Integration businesses which included a number of acquisitions in support of new and growth businesses. As a Gartner Analyst, Ken led research in their Mobile and Client Computing group focusing on mobile, mobile integration and security. Mr. Parmelee has held a variety of key positions with Antenna Software, Everdream, KPMG, Sony and others building a technology career that spans software product and IT roles.
