Companies in the DB Group have close business relationships with each other and conclude a large number of internal contracts. By piloting a standardized workflow management process for concluding internal contracts, we are comprehensively standardizing and digitalizing the process. Clear effects can already be seen after the first weeks of the pilot: The process lead time has been more than halved.
