Siemens' innovative P2P service - Milestone towards global implementation of the shared service strategy
Siemens, KPMG and Pegasystems have worked closely together to design a new Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) service. Siemens launched a comprehensive program in 2019 with the aim of optimizing, harmonizing and automating the P2P process by introducing a unified platform. After a detailed market analysis and intensive evaluation of various solutions together with KPMG, Siemens decided to introduce the Pega platform also for the digitization of the P2P process, after Siemens had already digitized other core processes based on the Pega platform. NextGenP2P is a completely digital P2P processing service that automates the entire process end-to-end. Siemens is introducing the service throughout the company and to the market. Learn more about the underlying strategy and the benefits for your company.
