Pega receives the highest scores in three of four use cases in Gartner's Critical Capabilities for CRM Customer Engagement Center report

Gartner's 2018 CRM Customer Engagement Center Critical Capabilities report recognizes Pegasystems with the highest scores of 13 evaluated vendors for three use cases: Global, Business to Business, and Complex Processes.

For the second year in a row, Pegasystems ranked highly in Gartner's CRM Customer Engagement Center Critical Capabilities report, receiving the highest scores in three use cases and the third highest score in the fourth use case.

Highlights from the report:

  • 4.29 out of 5 for Business to Business
  • 4.25 out of 5 for Complex Processes
  • 4.16 out of 5 for Global
  • 4.02 out of 5 for Business to Consumer
