Mark Pearson is Senior Vice President, Operations Architecture, where he is responsible for the architecture practice for the bank’s Enterprise Operations organization. Mr. Pearson has been with SunTrust since 2004, where he has held various software delivery, architecture, and business planning management roles in Enterprise Information Services including the roles of Chief Architect and Director of Innovation and Strategy. Prior to SunTrust, Mr. Pearson was with S1 Corporation where he held various senior technical and business roles including CTO and VP of Corporate Development, a senior member of technical staff at IBM Corporation (Transarc), and a consulting practice manager for Gartner. Mr. Pearson holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He serves on the Advisory Boards of Technology Association of Georgia FinTech and the Department of Computer Science at the University of Georgia.

Vice President, Customer Strategy and Retention Marketing, AT&T

Kerrie Downey is vice president of Customer Strategy and Retention Marketing for AT&T. Downey has the responsibility for ~130M residential mobile, TV, broadband and wire line customers. Her team owns customer strategy from determining the next best action using complex segmentation through execution by leveraging decisioning tools, proactive retention programs and customer lifecycle management.

Downey received a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Virginia. Additionally, she is a certified Project Management Professional and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Senior Vice President of Products, Pegasystems

Kerim is responsible for the company’s suite of CRM applications including Pega Customer Services, Pega Marketing and Pega Sales Automation. Kerim began his career at Pega developing applications for customers in Financial Services and Insurance, he soon recognized the power of connecting back-end operations to front-end, customer-facing applications and has allowed business visionaries to leverage technologies such as mobile, cloud, social, IOT, Robotics and analytics to support and innovate how their organizations interact with their customers.

Don is responsible for Pega’s industry-leading platform and CRM applications. He has 20 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions for Fortune 500 organizations, with a focus on digital transformation, mobility, analytics, robotics, business process management, cloud and CRM. Don has led enterprise software implementations and provided technology and architecture consulting to senior business and technology executives from Fortune 500 organizations, including American Express, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, and BP.

David is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Cloud First organization. He is the Global Lead for Accenture's Process and Decisioning Automation Practice and the Pegasystems Platform domain lead. He has more than 23 years of experience delivering business solutions for Fortune 500 companies across industries and geographies. His expertise includes architecting and delivering large scale BPM, CRM and Omni-Channel Transformation solutions. David has helped establish Accenture’s market leading position in BPM, CRM and Omni-channel customer service and is considered one of their global thought leaders.
