Senior Vice President, Global Client Success
Douglas Kra is Senior Vice President of Global Client Success, with responsibility for sales, services and alliances across Pegasystems’ business in Europe, Asia and Australia.
Since joining Pega in 2004, Douglas has been integral to our expansion in Asia Pacific, from a single office in Sydney to multiple offices in Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Japan, serving some of the region’s leading brands. Douglas has more than 20 years of success in providing global organizations with transformational solutions to complex business challenges through the application of leading technologies and a focus on building a culture of commitment to customer success.
Prior to joining Pega, Douglas held senior positions at global technology companies including Zefer, eLoyalty and Cambridge Technology Partners, where he built and managed strategic account programs and held P&L responsibility for major CTP geographies.
Douglas holds a B.A. in computer science from Brandeis University, and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
