What You'll Do at Pega:
- Engage in rich, consultative dialogues with enterprise clients — presenting, listening, architecting, and problem-solving to craft solutions that genuinely address their most pressing business challenges
- Partner closely with Pega's Japan Sales Team to design and deliver world-class technical demonstrations that bring Pega's capabilities vividly to life for prospective clients
- Help leading Japanese enterprises achieve their strategic ambitions by streamlining mission-critical operations and enhancing customer engagement across every channel
- Apply your analytical mindset to uncover the root challenges of complex global organizations, and clearly articulate how Pega's innovative technology can drive measurable, sustainable improvements
- Serve as a bridge between business and technology, translating client needs into compelling solution narratives that resonate with both executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Present, listen, create architectures, demo solutions, discuss ideas and solve problems
- Work closely with the Sales Team to create and deliver world class technical demonstrations
- Help enterprise clients meet strategic business goals by streamlining critical operations and engage their customers across multiple channels
- Analyze the key issues of global enterprises and evaluate how Pega's unique technology can drive meaningful improvements
Who You Are:
- You are a passionate, people-driven technology professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical innovation. You bring meaningful experience in client-facing roles — whether in pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development — and you know how to build lasting relationships grounded in trust and expertise.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or bring equivalent depth of knowledge in Object-Oriented programming.
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to design and present compelling, robust product demonstrations, and you combine this technical fluency with the communication skills needed to truly listen to, understand, and anticipate client needs — both on the business and IT side.
- You are experienced across the full spectrum of enterprise software — from development and architecture to project management, requirements engineering, and solution design. To excel in this Japan-based role, you possess excellent language ability in both English and Japanese, allowing you to communicate with confidence and cultural sensitivity across client engagements, executive presentations, and delivery team collaboration throughout the region.
What You've Accomplished:
- You have successfully partnered with sales teams to co-develop innovative, customer-specific solutions to complex, high-stakes business problems — translating client challenges into winning technical strategies
- You have planned and delivered compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs) and tailored demonstrations, leaving clients with a clear and inspiring understanding of product capabilities and business value
- You bring 4–8 years of recognized thought leadership in technology — sharing insights, shaping narratives, and building credibility with enterprise stakeholders
- You have 4–8 years of hands-on experience developing and selling enterprise software solutions, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations
- You are regarded by clients and colleagues alike as a trusted advisor — someone who combines technical depth with business acumen and brings clarity to even the most complex challenges
