New year, new client-first Pega Partners program

In May, thousands of people around the globe joined PegaWorld iNspire 2021 to hear how some of the world’s biggest brands achieve transformative results. Since I’ve spent decades building partner ecosystems, to me the biggest news was the launch of the Pega Partners program. This program represents our renewed commitment and increased investment to significantly grow and support our partner ecosystem. Our goal was to create a scalable, repeatable ‘as a service program’ that promotes a partner’s differentiated value clearly to clients.

The Pega Partners program is now live! This allows our clients to more easily connect with the partner who best fits their specific needs by industry, technology, and territory. We have you covered, whether you need government expertise in your region or a partner to implement solutions that free skilled workers to spend less time with busy work. The Pega Partners program provides a clear path for existing and new clients to connect with the partners that have the requisite capabilities for your business needs, in your region. A deeper and more accessible array of partner skills and solutions will help you to accelerate your digital transformation (DX) initiatives.

It’s not just clients who benefit. Our partner-centric approach makes it easier for our partners to collaborate and do business with Pega through a framework that simplifies engagement, unlocks opportunities, maximizes earnings potential, and rewards partners for value creation. The simplified program provides a clear path to onboard and enable partners to grow their Pega business through new Authorized and Specialized designations, with Global Elite status for top performers. Improved Infrastructure

To provide the best experiences for our joint customers, partners need to know how they’re performing and where they need to focus to grow their Pega business. That’s why we’re making it easier to objectively measure partners on key metrics. We continue to focus on creating more value for our partners through our program and are pleased to share these additional enhancements:

  • The Pega Partner Portal provides a single point of entry for prospective and existing partners to learn about the program and register to join. With exclusive access to comprehensive program details, upcoming events, and pathways to other great content across our digital properties, this centralized hub provides easier access to benefits and other critical information.
  • The Pega Partner Finder makes it easier to quickly connect clients with the partner who has the required expertise.
  • With the My Pega Dashboard, Partner Administrators now have a consolidated view of where their organization stands. The dashboard includes the first-ever widgets that summarize important information so partners can better manage their Pega relationship to drive more focus on their skills and business development activities. We’ll continue to add new widgets to provide more visibility.
  • The Pega Marketplace continues to evolve into the definitive destination for Pega clients to find a well-curated selection of partner solutions. In 2021, more than 100 new partners solutions were approved and are now available in the Pega Marketplace, allowing new clients to experiment with Pega or existing clients to enhance their existing Pega solutions.
  • Increased pre-sales, sales, and technical enablement investment will help partners to grow their Pega practices by enabling them to build, sell, and implement products better and smarter than ever before. Best-in-class sales training elevates the skills of partners’ business development and sales teams, with Pega Academy offering new Sales missions to ensure that partners can clearly communicate the value of Pega solutions to clients.

I truly believe that transforming the world’s biggest enterprises is a team effort and would like to recognize all the value that our partners bring to Pega.
