Cognizant Technology Solutions and Pegasystems Partner to Deliver CRM Solutions
TEANECK, N.J. and CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 14 — Cognizant Technology Solutions (Nasdaq: CTSH), a leading provider of custom software development, integration and maintenance services and Pegasystems (Nasdaq: PEGA) today announced that Cognizant has joined the Pegasystems Alliance Program and the companies will work together to provide organizations with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. As a member of the Pegasystems Alliance Program, Cognizant will train and certify personnel on the PegaCRM rules-driven process automation solution for customer care.
