As a Project Delivery Leader, you'll be the trusted partner your clients turn to, the strategic voice that aligns business goals with technology execution, and the leader who elevates every team member around you. What You'll Do at Pega:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega implementation projects — from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Own the client relationship during the project lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and change control processes with precision and transparency.
• Oversee and guide cloud migration engagements, including the assessment, planning, and execution of migrations from legacy on-premises systems to Pega Cloud® or client-managed cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Conduct or coordinate Pega Cloud Readiness Assessments to evaluate application health, identify technical debt, and define remediation roadmaps.
• Drive the adoption of Pega's delivery methodology and best practices across project teams and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project health, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.
• Provide regular, clear status updates to executive sponsors and stakeholders.

What You've Accomplished:

• Experience in project or program management, ideally within enterprise software or technology consulting
• Demonstrated success leading cloud transformation or cloud migration programs, including migration of legacy on-premises systems (Pega 6.x / 7.x or equivalent) to modern SaaS or cloud-managed environments
• Hands-on experience managing the full cloud migration lifecycle: assessment and planning, environment provisioning, application remediation, data migration, validation, cutover, and post-migration stabilization
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and platforms (AWS preferred; Azure and Google Cloud a plus), including connectivity models such as AWS PrivateLink and VPN
• Evidence of an AI-First approach in practice — experience using AI tools in delivery contexts, whether for planning, risk identification, documentation, or client communication; able to walk through real examples of how you've reasoned with and validated AI outputs
• A track record that reflects Growth Mindset behaviors: visible learning agility, examples of adapting under pressure, peer or stakeholder feedback that speaks to openness and iteration, and a career path that shows consistent upward development
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder, multi-stream projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a strong plus
• Experience with Pega technology (Pega Platform, Pega Cloud®, or Pega GenAI solutions) is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel as project needs require
