What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Present, listen, create and demo solutions — including Pega's AI-powered and agentic AI capabilities — discuss ideas and solve problems
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to create and deliver world-class technical demonstrations and experiential exercises tailored to the French Financial Services market, showcasing how Pega's AI and agentic AI tools drive measurable outcomes
  • Help enterprise clients in banking, insurance, and capital markets meet strategic business goals by streamlining critical operations, deploying intelligent agents, and engaging their customers across multiple channels
  • Analyse the key issues facing financial services organisations and evaluate how Pega's unique AI technology can drive meaningful improvements in areas such as compliance, customer onboarding, claims management, and AI-powered decisioning

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about people & technology — and genuinely excited about the potential of AI and agentic AI to reshape financial services! You have technical/business experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development — ideally within the financial services sector
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and present robust product demos — including AI and agentic AI use cases — combined with the communication skills needed to develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating client needs (business and IT)
  • Based in France, with familiarity with the regulatory and operational landscape of the French Financial Services industry
  • Fluent French and English

What You've Accomplished:

  • Worked with sales personnel to develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems within financial services environments, including AI-enabled and agentic workflow solutions
  • Delivered POCs and custom demonstrations — including AI and agentic AI scenarios — and educated customers on product capabilities
  • 4–8 years of thought leadership in technology, with demonstrable exposure to financial services use cases such as KYC, AML, lending, or policy administration, ideally with growing awareness of how AI is transforming these domains
  • 4–8 years of experience developing solutions and selling enterprise software solutions to banks, insurers, or other regulated financial institutions — with a track record of articulating the business value of AI-driven automation
