Pega PartnerCast Blueprint Delivered Series
What if your team could move from a business vision to a running Pega application in the time it takes most projects just to schedule a Sprint Zero?
Welcome to Pega PartnerCast: Blueprint Delivered
A five session, highly interactive webinar series created for Pega business and delivery practitioners.
Each episode opens with a real-world partner pain point (think “The client needs it in six weeks, but the estimate says six months” ). From there, we solve it live — moving from a high fidelity Blueprint through import and build, end to end. Expect polls, live Q&A, and co design moments throughout. This is not a passive webinar series; it’s built for active participation by Pega delivery practitioners.
Choose from 2 time zones for each session, to suit your location and schedule.
Time slots available on Tuesdays for EMEA/Americas, and Thursdays for APJ/India. Sessions are 1 hour duration.

Business Owner Video and Business Scenario
Texel Island Adventures is facing growing operational strain as tourism demand outpaces its manual booking processes. Nearly two million annual visitors interact with small, local, tour operators who rely on phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to manage reservations, leading to frequent double bookings, missed confirmations, and poor capacity control, especially during peak season. Weather and tide dependent activities further complicate operations. The business needs a modern, centralized digital booking platform that enables tourists to discover and book experiences while giving operators real‑time capacity management, automated communications, multilingual support, and operational insights. Delivery is urgently needed ahead of the upcoming peak season.
