PegaWorld iNspire 2024: Deutsche Telekom interview

How are businesses keeping pace with AI? I recently traveled to Bonn, Germany and met with Daniel Wenzel, the SVP of Design Authorities at Deutsche Telekom, for his thoughts on Pega World. What would you say the single most important thing that you brought back was? I came home with a gut feeling that we are running late on AI. I was worried and inspired and that is a good mixture to get things going.

Do you feel like your team had that same feeling? Absolutely. The team had come back with a huge demand list, that's for sure. Um, but that's good, right? That's good. And they have, um, inspirations and visions and they develop their own roadmap when it comes to Pega. That's the biggest benefit of Pega World and the Innovation Hub from my perspective, because you are meeting people that are actually designing the product. Daniel, you're going back to 2024. Why? Because our clients are expecting us to provide AI services to provide a better customer experience, and Pega is one of our key enablers for this service.
