Healthcare really does touch all of us. Whether you are yourself looking to get care, if you're caring for a child, you're caring for a parent, healthcare is all around you. enGen is the health tech company within Highmark Health. We support both payers and providers. A lot of friction in healthcare can be between payers and providers as you're looking to care for the member, then you know, be reimbursed for that care. We weren't using an aging homegrown utilization management product. We had third party vendor solution for case and disease management, and we needed to put the pieces together. People who are facing chronic conditions have enough to deal with. So, how can we take in all of that data, orchestrate it in a way that makes the members' fears subside? We sat with the clinicians and said, "Show me what you do every day. Show me the pain points and challenges in that process." And so, that's where the idea of Predictal came about. Leveraging the foundation for Pega and building on top of that. Predictal is our all-encompassing utilization management, case and disease management product. It is there to coordinate all of the data for a given member or a patient seamlessly, which we can integrate and pull in information about the member to stratify their risk, to identify the ones that need our help the most. So, leveraging those automated workflows, those intelligent routing, the low code platform, leveraging the capabilities that Pega continues to innovate within their base products, we're taking advantage of and doing more with. When we first rolled out Predictal, you would expect a loss of productivity of your end users initially. There was an expectation going in. Okay, within six months to be back to pre-migration productivity levels. Within three months, they were able to achieve that, and then within six months had a 20% increase in productivity. We're now up to 70% of submissions submitted digitally. After every member interaction, we do a survey. From what we've received feedback on so far, our net promoter score is 80, which is huge. We tout that we are built by clinicians and for clinicians. We all are here to support the member in their care journey. It really helps to present that whole person view to support that whole person care. The Pega framework allows for that.
