Demo: How QBE could use Pega’s process mining solution to drive value in underwriting processes

Following our Innovation Summit with core members of the QBE team, you asked us to “tell us something we don’t already know”. With that, we started examining QBE’s existing underwriting process and this demo details how optimizations and data-driven insights could be used with Pega. By using process mining, QBE could be making the most of analyzing data, uncovering hidden patterns, identifying opportunities and driving meaningful process improvements.
