Delivering a Pega Project - Munich

This is a highly valued, mandatory course where we cover partner specific best practices essential for our joint success. Completion of the 1-day classroom training is equal to the 1.5-day self-study course and attendees will be awarded the ‘Delivery Ready’ badge.

The course will cover:

• The activities and best practices for successful Pega project delivery and how to follow a journey-centric delivery approach to development
• How to scope, resource and govern a project to yield high value in a short time
• The Prepare, Build, and Go Live phases to deliver a minimum lovable product (MLP)
• How to apply Direct Capture Objectives (DCO), comply with guardrails, and continuously test

Please note: Knowledge of Agile development methodology is a pre-requisite for the attendees.
