New Pega Infinity Agentic AI Features Elevate Enterprise App Development from Concept to Completion

Developers can quickly deploy Pega Blueprint designs as predictable and compliant applications

LAS VEGAS – June 2, 2025 – Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), The Enterprise Transformation Company™, today at PegaWorld® announced agentic AI enhancements to Pega Infinity™ App Studio that intelligently guide developers through application development, enabling enterprises to innovate and to go to market faster. Pega Infinity strategically infuses AI into learning, design, integration, UX, and testing –  reducing workloads and democratizing the creation of enterprise-grade applications that align with an organization’s best practices.

With these new agentic capabilities, Pega Infinity equips developers to transform the application creation process with intelligent workflow optimization and enhanced productivity. It showcases the power of Pega Blueprint™—Pega’s innovative agentic workflow designer that transforms app ideas into interactive blueprints. Developers can now leverage Pega Infinity's enhanced agentic-power to rapidly refine and transform blueprint concepts into fully operational, production-ready applications with unprecedented speed and precision. Key capabilities include:

  • An enhanced AI developer agent: This always-on, context-aware AI agent works as a mentor to speed up onboarding and reduce learning curves with real-time guidance, best practice suggestions, and step-by-step instructions. By understanding workflows, current context, and user stories, it helps developers work more efficiently and produce higher quality applications in less time.
  • Streamlined integrations: Pega automatically generates field mapping to establish connections between the Pega application and third-party systems. This eliminates the hassle of manually designing these connections, making the process of integrating systems quicker and easier.
  • AI-powered RPA design experience: A new design agent in Robot Studio quickly builds automations that let disparate systems together work when appropriate APIs aren’t available – which is common with many legacy applications. Simply state your automation goal, and the RPA agent will intelligently analyze the user interfaces between the apps using advanced ‘computer use’ techniques. With that analysis, it then builds the optimal automations utilizing best practices that enables the apps to predictably interact with each other.
  • Automated, AI-powered testing: AI-generated test suites automatically create and run tests for Pega applications for various scenarios, from validating workflows and UI components to API connections, helping to ensure high-quality deployments while reducing testing time and increasing business agility.
  • Accelerated user experience (UX) configuration: When configuring Views, which dictate the user experience of forms and assignments, developers can leverage AI to take a first pass at assembling data fields and layouts which they can quickly tailor – enabling faster development of customer and employee-facing UX.

Pega's AI-driven development enhancements will be available in the Q3 2025 release of Pega Infinity. Pega’s core portfolio of solutions that combine AI, automation, and cloud-native capabilities to streamline workflows, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate enterprise transformation.
