Our Pega Cloud team focuses on delivering services that are essential for Pega as a Service success. As a member of one of the most innovative and fastest-growing groups at Pega, you will work closely with talented engineers and product owners, Cloud business owners across the globe (US/EU/India) to build a highly scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.

You will be part of a high impact team that powers our application behind the scenes. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you build ML driven intelligence that right sizes cloud environments and embed it in a Pega based application—while also picking up and applying Pega Platform development to help deliver the next generation of the application. Your work turns signals into clear, trustworthy recommendations, elevates reliability and scale, and enables Cloud Business Owners and Business Officers to make confident decisions without you in the deal room. You partner across product and engineering to evolve the platform, streamline handoffs to provisioning, and keep complex choices simple and actionable.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by very talented engineers.
- Be part of a dynamic team developing strategically important features for world-class customers.
- Leverage best in class technologies to drive the conversion of requirements into feature design, its implementation, testing and support.
- Ensure that the delivered work meets functional and technical requirements, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer of information.
Who You Are:
You are a good team player and work collaboratively, enthusiastic and passionate about exploring come join us in building features.
- Passionate about engineering and building features for customers
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Core Java, algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies and concepts.
- Hands-on expertise in microservice architectures, Python, Pandas, MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines), aws (sage maker), Knowledge of ML (algorithms, EDA and tuning the models)
- Familiarity and understanding of the Agile development process
- Good Communication Skills
- Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Pega skill (CSA / CSSA) will be a plus
What You've Accomplished:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with good academic record
- 4-7 years of development experience
- Expertise in Core Java, AWS related technologies
- Partner with internal clients & product managers to align implementation with business goals & outcomes.
