Lead Technical Architect
Meet Our Team:
As a member of the Pega Consulting India team, you will work closely with our project teams and clients to provide that the technical architecture oversight of the delivered solution matches the client’s requirements. They collaborate directly with our clients and Pega development as well as Experience Design teams to provide technical solutions.

Pega Consulting India (PCI) team works with our end customers to determine their business requirements and develops solutions for these requirements using the Pega platform and frameworks. PCI team works closely with our US/APAC/EMEA counterparts and ensures that our customer has a quality solution within their budget. In an enterprise world filled with poor design and implementation, we are looking to you to help save our Fortune 500 clients! You will provide thought leadership and Pega-specific architecture, performance and infrastructure guidance on multiple clients facing implementation projects.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Design technical solutions for Pega applications, integrations, and workflows using Pega Infinity, Mobile, and Strategic Apps
- Create and deliver technical documentation and presentations
- Interact with diverse internal/external users and stakeholders
- Explain architectural decisions based on enterprise and industry best practices
- Facilitate and advise on enterprise architecture (containerized and/or classic) to address client business challenges.
- Drives enterprise‑wide transformation by aligning business goals with scalable, future‑ready technology architectures.
- Practice active listening and constructive feedback to drive alignment
- Take ownership of outcomes and proactively communicate issues
Who You Are:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 8-12 years building enterprise-level business solutions with 5+ years in architecture roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration patterns
• Proficient in Design patterns, Database, Integration services, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on collaboration experience with technical teams and business users
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience with multi-channel business architectures (CRM, web, mobile, legacy systems)
• Proven ability to match technology solutions to customer needs
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
What You've Accomplished:
• TOGAF, Cloud Architect, or similar certification
• Digital transformation experience (AI, IoT, Automation, DevOps)
• Domain knowledge in Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, or Government
• Experience with regulatory standards (HIPAA, PCI DSS, VISA/Mastercard)
• AI models and integration experience
• Object-oriented design principles knowledge
