As Director of Global Onboarding Programs, you’ll architect and evolve a world-class onboarding experience that blends strategic vision with operational excellence. You’ll guide the work of various teams that collaborate and contribute to the program —ensuring alignment, consistency, and innovation in every aspect of the onboarding journey. By fostering strong partnerships, leveraging data and technology, and driving continuous improvement, you’ll deliver onboarding programs that prepare new hires to succeed from day one and grow with confidence in their roles.
What You'll Do at Pega:
In this role, you’ll lead the global strategy and execution of Pega’s onboarding programs, ensuring every new hire is empowered with the knowledge, tools, and connections they need to thrive. You’ll own the end-to-end onboarding experience—designing scalable, tech-enabled programs that reflect the latest role requirements and business priorities. You’ll shape content strategy by analyzing feedback and performance data, collaborating with the Curriculum Development COE and a cross-functional advisory committee to ensure content is accurate,engaging, and future-ready. You’ll manage a high-performing team focused on technical training, program operations, content creation, and metrics development. Through strategic partnerships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and SMEs across the business, you’ll ensure onboarding is globally consistent, locally relevant, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of a modern, distributed workforce.

You thrive on complexity, quickly turning high-level ideas into actionable strategies. Whether you’re analyzing content feedback, building scalable processes, or developing tools to support global users, you do it with clarity, collaboration, and an eye toward continuous improvement. You’re equally comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders as you are supporting educators in the classroom, and you’re fluent in both the language of enterprise software and modern learning.
What You've Accomplished:
You bring over 15 years of experience crafting and executing enablement strategies that drive measurable business results. You’ve led large-scale, cross-functional projects and influenced diverse stakeholder groups to align around a common vision. You’ve built repeatable processes, modernized content delivery with AI and digital tools, and created self-service ecosystems that empower users at scale. You’ve developed enablement programs and content strategies in collaboration with SMEs, leaders and curriculum teams, and you’ve served as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. Most importantly, you’ve turned enablement into a strategic growth engine—translating technical complexity into engaging, real-world learning that prepares students to thrive in a digital economy.
