Picture Yourself at Pega:
In this role, you will provide testing services for the Digital Center of Excellence SCRUM team, focusing on GenAI applications that are transforming how Pega does business. You will be responsible for the overall quality of GenAI features, driving test automation, and collaborating with global teams to deliver value.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Develop and execute test plans and regression suites for GenAI applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive feature coverage, including AI/ML model validation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Apply best practices in functional, automated, and AI-specific testing.
- Identify and report defects using advanced testing tools and methodologies.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and support onboarding activities.
- Develop test planning and automation strategies for GenAI initiatives.
Who You Are:
You are a seasoned QA professional with a passion for GenAI, test automation, and delivering high-quality software. You thrive in collaborative, agile environments and are eager to shape the future of AI-powered enterprise applications.
Your experience includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline / BE/B. Tech or Equivalent
- 4-7 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Practical knowledge of software testing best practices
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of API testing, web technologies (HTTP, HTML/CSS, REST, web services).
- Familiarity with Java, XML, and enterprise technologies (SOAP, MQ, JMS, Oracle/MSSQL/DB2).
- Knowledge of GenAI concepts and a passion for test automation and code quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
What You've Accomplished:
- Delivered high-quality releases for GenAI, AI/ML-driven, or enterprise software products.
- Worked collaboratively on Scrum teams with onshore and offshore resources.
- Designed and executed test cases for complex, data-driven features.
- Implemented comprehensive testing plans for AI/ML models and APIs.
- Championed QA best practices and continuous improvement

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 94,900 - 141,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
