You will be at the heart of delivering Pega’s demo experiences and digital content, systematically processing and executing client requests through dedicated workflows. What You'll Do at Pega:
· Configure, validate, and publish interactive demo experiences, including detailed visual + audio quality checks for accuracy and readiness
· Provide technically informed support for internal teams (Sales, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Client Services), troubleshooting demo access, publishing, and experience issues within SLAs
· Apply testing discipline to reduce defects: execute repeatable checks, document outcomes, and help drive more reliable release readiness (manual + automation‑ready mindset)
· Contribute to automation opportunities by identifying repeatable tasks and partnering on workflow/tooling improvements that scale delivery
· Support a DevOps‑oriented delivery model by working effectively with structured pipelines/workflows and cross‑functional partners to improve handoffs and reliability
· Continuously learn and adapt to evolving DemoX tools and emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted workflows and new service offerings
