We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be part of a team that is working directly with our Chief Product Officer on the Pega Blueprint SaaS offering. This is a high visibility individual contributor (IC) role that demands a strong technical background, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment within the walls of a much larger company.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- You will act as a key team member developing the Pega Blueprint SaaS application.
- Frequently deploy changes to production to ensure product is up to date
- Continuously help and support our product team while operating the Pega Blueprint production service.
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities based on customer feedback. This include thinking on your feet to solve complex problems and speedbumps in the products lifecycle

- You are skilled in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems
- You have Hands-on experience working with Pega Infinity
- Must be local to Waltham, Ma and able to come onsite 3-4 days per week
What You've Accomplished:
- Pega CSA or CSSA is required
- Full-stack development experience is required
- 2+ years in Pega PRPC, Rules development
- Experience using React and Java preferred
- REST API development experience
- Experience with prompt engineering preferred
- Experience working with Large Language Models is a Plus

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 100,400 - 150,200 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
