He has 20 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions for Fortune 500 organizations, with a focus on digital transformation, mobility, analytics, business process management, cloud and CRM. Don has led enterprise software implementations and provided technology and architecture consulting to senior business and technology executives from Fortune 500 organizations, including American Express, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, and BP. Don holds a BS in Physics and Philosophy from Boston College.

Clay is the Co-Founder and Chief Excelerator of Digital FastForward, a leading innovation consultancy focused on helping companies unlock technology-driven innovation through the application of design thinking. He has spent most of his career helping innovation leaders build and execute strategies around new and disruptive technologies. Formerly with Forrester Research, a leading market research firm, Clay oversaw research and client advisory engagements focused on digital innovation, design thinking, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Forrester, Clay served in senior roles with leading management consulting and software product companies. Clay is a Design Thinking Master Facilitator, and frequent keynote speaker at digital innovation and thought leadership events.
