Building a digital future: Strategies and Solutions to stay ahead of times - A cross-industrial themed day for managers and teams

  • November 9, 2023
  • 10:30 – 18:00 CET
  • Munich

We're in a moment where there are more decisions than there is time to make them. The world is now moving at the speed of AI. Manual work, static decisioning, and unsatisfying band-aid solutions are holding back enterprises. And meanwhile, innovations in tech – like generative AI – have fueled an acceleration of what's possible. How does any one person or organization keep up?

By operationalizing agility and focus. Adapt instantly to change by unlocking autonomous end-to-end solutions and do more with less with automation powered by AI.

At this year’s Community Forum on November 9, we will spend a day on the topic of "Building a Digital Future" and will talk about why we need to change our focus and why now:

  • How can we deliver on increased customer expectations and increase loyalty?
  • How can we balance workload, do more with less and lay the foundation for the workplace of tomorrow?
  • How can we achieve top level organizational goals without making compromises?

Join us to explore how to build an autonomous future and exchange ideas and strategies with the management teams of some of the most successful global companies.

We look forward to seeing you!

Session 2 - How to generate value from Pega Customer Service?
Speakers: Ralf Lillig, Business Owner Digi-Hub “HR Enabling” & Karsten Fröschke, IT Architect HRE, Deutsche Telekom Services Europe SE (DTSE)
What do you think: How is value realized best in customer services? Ask several people - and you will get diverse answers. But one message a lot of the answers will have in common: that automation is key. Also the ICT company DTAG realizes value via automation in a lot of its services and solutions. But DTSE HR Customer Services is one example, which shows that there are more essential value drivers inside Pega beside that. DTSE is the shared services organization for financial and human resources services at DTAG. It serves all in all >300k customers and operates 800+ HR services. Driven by retirement of existing software solutions, DTSE transfers its HR services to a great extent to Pega Customer Services. Speed is key in this transformation, as the end of live of the current solution is given. Thus, implementation effort and its time contribute to the value the same like any savings realized via automated solutions. And furthermore: Existing automation solutions like bots are partially not needed anymore whilst moving to Pega Customer Solution. The real value drivers for DTSE`s transition roadmap lie in the solution itself. Pega is comparable to a swiss army knife - with it, major process bottlenecks are overcome.
