Pega Receives Highest Overall Scores in Case Management

Pegasystems is recognized for second year in a row with highest overall scores in all the use cases reviewed by Gartner in the 2016 Critical Capabilities for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks.


Highlights from the report

Pegasystems received the highest scores of 11 vendors included across all four use cases evaluated by Gartner. Pega’s highest scores overall were:

  • 4.34 out of 5 for Investigative Case Management
  • 4.31 out of 5 for Incident and Crisis Management
  • 4.43 out of 5 for Service Delivery
  • 4.37 out of 5 for Process through Decision
