At Pega, we recognize the importance of progressive parental leave policies. That’s why we offer 20 weeks of paid leave for the primary caregiver (plus additional time as required by some countries) and four weeks for secondary caregivers, paid at 100 percent of base pay. Plus, primary caregivers can return to work for four days a week and be paid for five days during the first month back.
