What You'll Do at Pega:
Leadership Development
- Provide coaching and create content for leadership development to improve individual skill portfolios to enable career growth for GTM Leaders, with special focus on mastering GTM coaching practices rooted on high performance’s delivery and practical modern learning experiences.
- Work with the GTM leadership as primary stakeholder.
- Highly creative thinker that can translate ideas into content and action programmatically, but also able to be hands-on in the content creation, delivery and workshop facilitation.
- Emotionally mature and able to work through obstacles, challenges, and constraints while remaining positive and reaching desired goals.
- Establish continuous feedback with field leaders in various roles to secure high standard and constant improvement in content and delivery.
- Conversant in Change Management methodologies needed to positively influence people behavior and organizational change.
- Ensure Leadership Development strategy is aligned with current skills-map by role.
- Develop resonant and innovative approaches to improve the learning experience and drive better results for learning and coaching via self-service, virtual, and in-person channels.
- Use executive and career coaching to guide individuals through career and leadership transitions.
- Thought leadership and the ability to challenge status quo.
Program Management
- Create/plan and manage end-to-end programs and projects involving multiple teams, regions, and stakeholders. Manage budgets and communications.
- Design and deliver senior level training content, digital assets, programs and workshops.
- Enhance the design and delivery of professional development programs.
- Drive global and adoption of programs via cross functional communication and collaboration with key executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate the logistics, timelines, and deliverables needed across cross functional groups to meet deadlines for program execution.

- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, communication skills (verbal and written), proactivity, process management, and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Flexibility/Adaptability – The ability to change direction based upon team and stakeholder consensus.
- Experience in a customer facing role for large enterprise software / transformation programs in the Fortune 1000.
- Experience with presenting to Senior Sales Leaders.
- Ability to effectively influence cross functional working groups.
- An ideal candidate would have people management experience previously to genuinely empathize with the target internal customers.
- A working knowledge of modern and current mainstream leadership principles from credible published research-based content providers.
- Exceedingly strong public speaking, presentation, and advanced facilitation skills to compel action in attendees.
- Exceptionally strong positive relationship building skills with high level stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for solution design.
- The ability to use current adult learning methods in conjunction with current leadership concepts to design and deliver relevant materials in Pega specific applications.
- Project management skills to work autonomously in an agile way to design and deliver committed programs with a sense of urgency while clearly communicating needs, risks, and milestone progress.
What You've Accomplished:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience, with previous experience in a GTM function (internally or externally)
- Experience in facilitation, coaching, business communication, or project management.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and coaching skills.
- High degree of efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and digital tools that could be required for program creation or management.
