Our interns work individually, or in small agile teams, researching and prototyping innovative solutions for Decisioning products and offerings. They will be responsible for the design, implementation, and presentation of a complete solution for a project defined by their mentors.
Meet Our Team:
We are a core engineering team based in Amsterdam. We build a low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning that helps craft and run complex decision logic based on ever-changing business requirements, massive amounts of heterogeneous data, and self-learning AI. The platform allows companies to anticipate customer needs, predict their behavior, and, ultimately, improve their satisfaction.
Our mission is to make this complex area so easy that our clients no longer need to have software engineering or data science degrees. So far, we've been successful and recognized as the leader in Real-Time Interaction Management.
Who You Are
If you are finishing your studies (or recently graduated) who lives and breathes code, we have the perfect space for you. We value self-starters who love working on their own ideas and want the autonomy to build great things. Bring your drive, and we’ll help you master our tech stack:

What You'll Do at Pega:
The project topics range from scalable data management to distributed and cloud computing. Our interns work closely with Pega mentors for direction and guidance but have much freedom for creativity and self-expression. The research internship period is typically 3-4 months, which should fit as a large research project or Master Thesis in your MSc program.
