Pegasystems announces quarterly cash dividend

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – September 13, 2016 – Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the software company empowering the world’s leading enterprises with strategic applications for customer engagement, today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share, maintaining the company’s current dividend program. The Q4 2016 dividend will be paid on October 17, 2016 to shareholders of record as of October 3, 2016.
