Meet Our Team:

The Enablement and Effectiveness (E&E) team is an organization of highly collaborative individuals who are passionate about training and enablement.  As an ATP Program Manager, you will own and scale Pega's Authorized Training Partner program by managing partner relationships, governance, and training-demand handoffs.

Working with clients, partners and internal sales and consulting resources, you’ll play a critical part in extending Pega’s global training reach while maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with Pega Academy standards while you support the strategic growth of our Authorized Training Partner ecosystem.

This role owns partner relationships, promotes the ATP program internally and externally, and defines and operationalizes the end‑to‑end hand‑off of training demand from Pega to Authorized Training Partners.

What You've Accomplished:

  • You have experience working in a technical training environment in a sales or leadership role
  • You’ve collaborated with sales, consulting and/or customer success teams to position training as part of an enterprise software sale
  •  You have worked with 3rd party organizations to deliver training services to common clients
  • You have prepared and delivered presentations outlining training offerings, process and deliverables
