Pega Japan Co., Ltd. was established in Tokyo in January 2011, and with the support of everyone, we continue to provide value in the Japanese market.
Recently, companies and organizations are creating new business models by digitizing various operations and services, promoting products and providing services that meet the needs of each customer, and breaking away from fragmented business processes and paper-based operations. Changes toward this goal are occurring with increasing momentum every day. In addition, we will respond to aging systems, which is said to be at the precipice of 2025, diversify products and services, make the information that consumers touch multi-channel and multi-device, and create new business value while maintaining customer satisfaction of companies whose business processes are becoming more complex.
For 40 years since its founding in 1983, Pega has focused on "improving business value" provided to client companies, and has focused on using AI to optimize complex business flows and processes, rather than partially optimizing them through digitization.
