Portfolio Success Specialist

The Junior Portfolio Success Manager supports a programmatic, scalable client success model designed to drive adoption, engagement, and value realization across a defined portfolio of accounts

This role combines structured client engagement, execution of standardized success plays, operational discipline, and partnership with sales and senior Portfolio Success Managers to help clients progress through key lifecycle activities.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Serve as a named point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.while assisting in executing a structured outreach cadence.
- Execute lifecycle-based success plays and journeys.
- Deliver onboarding and adoption initiatives.
- Monitor health scores and usage signals.
- Identify and escalate risks.as needed
- Support renewal preparation and engagement continuity.for all assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate data in systems.that assist in resolving standard client inquiries
Who You Are:
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling standard client needs while knowing when to escalate.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, customer success tools, or account management platforms.
- Ability to handle more complex hub offerings, and complete BAE certification or product-specialized training preferred (SA or SSA certification a plus); industry or product-specific knowledge a plus.
What You've Accomplished:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or equivalent relevant experience.preffered. Relevant experience in the vertical accepted as well
- Experience in customer success, customer support, account coordination, sales, or a related client-facing role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring activities, follow structured processes, and maintain attention to detail across multiple accounts.
- Ability to interpret customer data, usage trends, and account signals to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended next steps.

Base salary range for this role is BRL annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
