You will be at the heart of delivering Pega’s demo experiences and digital content, systematically processing and executing client requests through dedicated workflows. What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Systematically process and deliver high-volume client requests using digital workflows
  • Verify spelling, grammar, and pronunciation through both visual and auditory proofing to ensure accuracy
  • Support the distribution and publishing of engaging demo experiences and digital content
  • Create both internal and external digital content
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in repetitive, routine tasks
  • Provide direct support and troubleshooting for end users
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless experiences
