Meet Our Team:
Pega’s Talent Advisory Team provides timely, accurate, and straightforward advice on people strategies, organizational development, talent management, employee issues, local labor laws, compliance, and corporate directives. The Senior Talent Advisory Partner serves as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters. In this role, you will be the key interface between HR and the lines of business, diagnosing organizational issues and developing HR solutions that address business challenges while positioning Pega for success.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
Pega’s vision is to change how the world builds software, and while our technology and business encompass what we do, our culture drives how we get the job done. As a Senior Talent Advisory Partner, you will serve as the strategic HR thought partner to business leaders and you’ll set the bar for data fluency in HR—operationalizing dashboards, templates, and reporting—and convert insights into action across performance, attrition, onboarding, rewards & recognition. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in-office.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- People Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Own the regular dashboards (Power BI/Excel) and standard templates; curate reporting that translates data into insights—e.g., attrition drivers, performance distributions, rewards & recognition trends, Key GTrends (global trends), and sentiment; present executive‑ready narratives and recommendations
- Strategic Alignment: Gain a deep understanding of business priorities and help to create HR strategies that align with functional needs and drive success using data to diagnose organizational issues and craft people strategies that drive measurable outcomes (growth, efficiency, engagement, retention)
- HR Consulting: Provide internal consultancy to functional units and stakeholders as a trusted advisor, developing and executing HR solutions to address critical organizational issues.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build authentic relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to foster trust and enable collaborative partnerships.
- People Management Support: Coach and guide people managers on HR-related issues, fostering a high-performance culture aimed at attracting and retaining top talent in the software industry.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle conflict resolution across a variety of topics to achieve effective business outcomes. Manage employee relations issues with a focus on problem-solving.
- Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to the table, create buy-in, and lead alignment across teams to execute innovative HR initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Data‑driven storyteller: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong in Power BI (or similar) for dashboarding; able to convert complex people data into concise insights and executive recommendations
- HR Expertise: You are an experienced HR practitioner with understanding of compensation, employee relations, performance management, and organizational diagnosis.
- Collaborative & Autonomous: You thrive both independently and collaboratively. You are self-driven, motivated to make a meaningful impact by working with and through others.
- Confident & Pragmatic: You are comfortable challenging all levels of the organization, navigating conflicts with pragmatic and effective solutions.
- Diversity Advocate: You are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture.
What You've Accomplished:
- Data-Driven: Experience analyzing HR data trends to inform decisions and enhance HR offerings. Built and operated ongoing people dashboards and reporting cadences that informed leadership decisions (e.g., attrition interventions, performance differentiation, onboarding improvements).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate long-term objectives into actionable, impactful plans.
- Strategic HR Partnership: You have a proven track record of driving business results through effective HR collaboration.
- Technical HR Knowledge: Familiar with HR functions such as employee relations related to performance management and organizational design.
- Leadership Coaching: You have experience coaching leaders and HR teams to improve their effectiveness and overall business outcomes.
Pega Offers You:
- A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- The opportunity to contribute to a leading software company with ongoing growth.
