Meet Our Team:
Become part of our growing Application Enablement team where you will partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams. We are growing our team which is a mix of experienced members who earlier worked in sales consulting, delivery consulting, product management and engineering. Our diverse skills makes it a very special team with a broad knowledge of Pega applications and how they are implemented.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
In this position, you will write convincing business scenarios and design challenges using real-world use cases. You will describe to someone not just how to do something but how to do it well. You will engage our learners with content that conveys concepts and processes in an impactful, engaging, and memorable way.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Design and implement comprehensive enablement content to support Pega Customer Service ™.
- Create presentations, videos and exercises for Pega applications including AI (predictive & text analytics), chatbots, intelligent email bots, and much more.
- Help with the design and implementation of video based learning modules.
- Get familiar with Pega applications' architecture, design, and implementation features.
Who You Are:
You are an intelligent, motivated and collaborative individual with well-developed communication skills. You have an interest in building and delivering learning content and the ability to organize and present a range of technical material to a variety of audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively in English.
- Drive to understand real-life application use cases.
- A passion to explain to others how a certain product feature works and what the best practices are.
- You can think creatively.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with GenAI a plus.
- Tech-savvy.
- Interest in content creation (technical documentation and/or video).
- Ability to explain complex concepts and processes clearly and effectively.
- Ability to adapt work methods in response to changing priorities.

Additional Information
The pay range for this role is PLN 5500 - 6000 gross/ month. Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions, and may vary from the posted range.
