Senior Sales Engineer (Technical)

As an essential part of the Pega ecosystem, our DemoX team designs and develops world-class prototypes that showcase Pega’s solutions. We collaborate with pre-sales teams, partners, and customers to create and customize proofs of concept, maintain reusable assets, and help guide our product's direction through close partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.

What You'll Do at Pega:
• Collaborate closely with dynamic team members, partners and customers across the globe.
• Partner with sales teams to translate complex customer needs into intuitive, real-world applications that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present creative technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Become a knowledgeable and valued contributor in designated areas, actively sharing your expertise within the organization.
• Identify product gaps and provide appropriate feedback and prototypes to the product organization.

You are a creative developer and innovator who is interested in solving complex business problems and dedicated to customer success. You are a self-motivated individual who also thrives in a collaborative, global team environment. You have a keen attention to detail and a passion for building great user experiences. You enjoy working with diverse people across the globe and are eager to contribute your ideas and expertise to help customers realize a vision that exceeds their expectations.
What You've Accomplished:
• Experience in designing and developing applications.
• Familiarity with a variety of technologies, including AI, cloud, object-oriented techniques/principles (e.g. Java, C#) database design, application & web servers.
• A talent for finding creative ways to rapidly prototype solutions.
• Experience contributing to a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus; React experience is valued but not required.
• The ability to travel up to 20%
• Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA) are preferred.
