PegaWorld 2025: RBC "PegaForce": Transforming Advisor Experience Through Pega and Salesforce Integration (Presentation)

RBC WM advisors are on a journey to create a 360-degree customer view on a unified platform. Salesforce invokes DX API services to retrieve data and display it within Salesforce using Pega's Process Extender for SF Lightening. In 2024, we created the reusable architecture pattern and enabled the first wave of "PegaForce" integration (view cases) in WM U.S. Find out all about how we are adding approve and action case capabilities, as well as extending the pattern globally to WM Canada in 2025.
