Using cloud services for digital transformation in the Dutch public sector

The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs is using Pega to provide several cloud services that support multiple Agencies in the Dutch Government, beginning with the Criminal Justice and Youth Protection Council, Health Inspection, and the Telecom Agency. The shared services facilitate improvement of the quality and effectiveness of the supervisory function of government inspections, improvement of the service delivery of government agencies, reduction of costs, and lead the way in digital transformation for civil servants and government customers.
