As a Solutions Consultant at Pega, you will be part of a collaborative and globally connected presales organisation that works closely with Sales, Account Teams, and Solution Specialists. Picture Yourself at Pega:

You will join Pega as a Solutions Consultant in the DemoX (Demo Experiences) team while being part of a cohort in a bespoke program designed to provide you with experience in Pega Blueprint and the Pega Platform, become comfortable running workshops and other presales skills, ultimately leading to becoming a Core Solutions Consultant with the respective local team.

In this role, you will support presales engagements by demonstrating Pega technology, contributing to workshops, and helping customers understand the value of Pega solutions. You will work alongside experienced Solutions Consultants and Account Executives, progressively building confidence in running demos, supporting discovery sessions, and participating in customer-facing activities. This role is well-suited for someone with early-to-mid experience in presales, consulting, or a technical customer-facing role, who is eager to deepen their skills in enterprise software demonstrations and value-based storytelling.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Support customer-facing demonstrations of the Pega Platform, including Blueprint and App Studio, aligned to customer needs.
  • Partner with Sales and senior Solutions Consultants to prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and workshops.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and help translate them into solution narratives.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of hands-on workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Collaborate with global presales teams, contributing to shared assets, demo best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Pega’s core capabilities, differentiators, and use cases across industries.
  • Report to Senior Manager of DemoX APJ

Who You Are:

  • Curious about technology and motivated to learn how enterprise platforms solve real business problems.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Enjoys presenting, explaining concepts, and supporting interactive sessions.
  • Willing to travel occasionally to customer sites and attend the local Pega office as needed.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as presales, consulting, technical enablement, or implementation support.
  • Foundational understanding of software platforms, business applications, or workflow / automation technologies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work hands-on with technology and learn new tools quickly.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Pega, BPM, low-code platforms, or similar enterprise software.
  • Experience supporting demos, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Additional language skills.
