What You'll Do at Pega:
As a Go-to-Market Analytics & Insights Analyst I, you will support the analytics needs across the GTM Organization by building and maintaining data products and analyses under guidance. You will contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives, help ensure data quality and consistency, and look for opportunities to improve how data is delivered and used across the business.
In this role you will:
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics tools used by GTM teams.
- Assist team members and stakeholders in developing innovative data products that deliver actionable insights, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Learn how to be a trusted business partner to other operational functions to understand their challenges and develop sophisticated data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to innovation in our analytical approaches by identifying opportunities for process improvement and introducing creative solutions.
- Support team members in collaboration with stakeholders to contribute to groundbreaking initiatives, including the development and implementation of GenAI-powered analytics tools.
- Learn how to translate business questions into analytical approaches and process changes.
- Support a high level of data quality for your data product(s) under guidance.
- Contribute to team initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and emerging analytics tools, including GenAI-enabled capabilities.

What You've Accomplished:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as data analytics, business analytics, business, economics, mathematics, or statistics. Masters in data analytics is a plus.
- 0-1 year of prior work experience (internship or academic project experience) in a similar analytics role, business intelligence, rev ops, or consulting.
- Gained hands on experience supporting data analysis and reporting efforts as part of a team
- Learned to organize, clean, and interpret data to support basic insights and recurring reports
- Supported internal stakeholders by helping respond to data requests and clarifying information
- Developed an understanding of how data is used to inform decisions through regular analytical work
- Observed and flagged potential improvements in processes or reports and shared learnings with the team

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 69,900 - 104,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
