You’ll be at the forefront of a marketing transformation—owning and scaling how Pega engages customers across the entire lifecycle, from first touch to long‑term advocacy. As Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll operationalize AI‑driven decisioning using Pega’s own Customer Decision Hub, setting the internal gold standard for how real‑time, next‑best‑action marketing should work at enterprise scale.
This is a role for someone motivated to build something foundational—where your work doesn’t just launch campaigns, but becomes a living example of Pega’s technology in action, scaling globally and shaping how we grow.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Architect and own Pega's end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, orchestrating the full customer journey from awareness through advocacy at enterprise scale.
- Drive real-time, AI-powered personalization at scale using Pega's Customer Decision Hub, delivering next-best-actions across all digital channels and setting the standard for how lifecycle marketing operates at Pega.
- Build and lead a high-performing lifecycle marketing team, establishing the frameworks, best practices and culture required to scale continuous innovation
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Product Teams and Customer Success to align strategy, inform roadmaps, and create cohesive, connected outcomes across the customer lifecycle
- Define, measure, and continuously optimize lifecycle KPIs across all lifecycle stages — conversion, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value
Who You Are:
- You bring 10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on lifecycle marketing, customer journey management, or marketing automation
- You have 5+ years of proven people leadership experience, building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
- You're deeply fluent in marketing automation platforms — Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot — and know how to put them to work
- You're an analytical powerhouse who uses data to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate revenue impact
- You're an exceptional communicator who can influence C-suite stakeholders and inspire a team in equal measure
- You've built and executed integrated marketing programs in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology companies with complex sales cycles
What You've Accomplished:
- Successfully developed and scaled a lifecycle marketing practice, from strategy through execution, in a complex enterprise or B2B SaaS environment
- Led the integration of AI-powered decisioning or personalization tools across multiple marketing channels to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Built and grown high-performing marketing teams, developing talent and fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation
- Partnered with cross-functional leaders — including product, sales, and analytics — to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives
- Demonstrated measurable impact through improved conversion rates, engagement metrics, retention, or customer lifetime value

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 155,200 - 240,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
