Senior People Technology Partner

As a People Technology Analyst, you will support PeopleHub, our branded SAP SuccessFactors solution, and participate in the continual evolution of our global People systems. This position is involved in all phases of the software lifecycle – from idea to requirements, design, build, test, deployment, security, upgrades, integrations, maintenance, training, and user support. This role grants you experience and exposure working with all areas of HR technology and data. Your core areas of focus will be data management and imports, as well as process and system ownership to help drive successful outcomes.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Partner with 1 or more functional area of the Pega People Team to understand requirements and requests for process execution in SAP SuccessFactors. Engage with business and functional teams to understand and prioritize requirements for new and enhanced SuccessFactors functionality
- Lead and coordinate all data imports of foundational and people data, including developing processes and testing all imports prior to completing the imports
- Research, analyze, and manage data from multiple internal databases and 3rd party software systems to import into SuccessFactors as the system of record for all people related data globally
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of global HR data within SuccessFactors and support data maintenance activities
- Participate in cross functional projects for implementation or upgrades of People technology functionality
- Utilize SAP Preferred Success and SAP partners to ensure best practices and system stability
- Use analytical reasoning to identify problems, develop hypotheses, and recommend a data solution that addresses stakeholder’s needs
- Support team change management efforts through development of a knowledge base and leading training sessions for end users
Who You Are:
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling highly sensitive data
- Background in HRIS systems and software
- Ability to analyze complex information and identify potential issues
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing areas where skills can be useful
What You've Accomplished:
- 4-6 years’ experience in people data management
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors HCM modules including Employee Central
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; specifically, in Excel
- Previous Human Resources experience helpful, but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
- Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Superior attention to detail including excellent organizational and project management skills and an overall “can-do” attitude

Base salary range for this role is INR annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
